All orders placed through KristenMcCloud.com are securely processed by PayPal. Once your order is processed, you will be sent shipment notification via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing.

shipping
All pieces from Kristen McCloud are made by hand, and every order is handled as a priority. Orders within the continental US are shipped insured via UPS Ground for a flat rate of $8. You will be notified via email once the order has shipped. Please email us if you'd like faster delivery and we will do our best to accommodate.

International shipments as well as shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are sent via USPS priority mail. Rates and shipping times vary depending on your location and shipping service selected. Additional charges may incur.

sales tax
New York residents are required to pay New York sales tax on all purchases.

return policy
All pieces by Kristen McCloud are made by hand with only the highest level of quality of 14k gold fill, sterling silver, and semi-precious hand picked stones. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, Kristen McCloud will gladly provide online store credit within 10 business days of the shipment date. Please note, all custom pieces are non-refundable.

Please ship all returns in the original packaging along with the receipt. Jewelry must be returned in the original condition. Please make sure that the package is insured, as we are not responsible for any items lost in the mail, or jewelry broken via shipping. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
